BREAKING NEWS! The Colorado Health Foundation (TCHF) will match your contribution to help your hard-earned dollar go further. For every dollar donated, TCHF will award $4 toward this expansion! That’s a $4-to-$1 match!

Pueblo Community Health Center (PCHC) is reaching higher every day, striving for accessible, high quality health care for members of our community who have no or limited health insurance. In fact, in 2008 we served nearly 20,000 patients with 101,713 visits. Some of the services PCHC provides follow:

• Medical, dental, and mental health
• Prenatal and obstetrics care
• Immunizations for all ages
• Personalized diabetes and depression management services
• Cancer screening and treatment planning
• Homeless/migrant worker services

We are expanding to care for 6,000 more patients! A new medical clinic will be built at 300 Colorado Avenue in the Mesa Junction neighborhood. With your help, this building will be open by January 2010.

PCHC also is a part of the Pueblo County Enterprise Zone, which means when you contribute to this project, you may be eligible for a 25% Colorado tax credit.
