Behavioral Health and Care Coordination

Licensed behavioral health therapists help our patients experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma.

Available behavioral health services include the following:

  • Brief solution focused therapy for individuals, families, and couples
  • Psychotherapy
  • Acudetox
  • Group therapy including therapeutic and educational modalities
  • Crisis intervention
  • Access to psychiatric medication consultation

 

Care Coordinators and Assessment Specialists help out patients navigate systems of care, schedule appointments, and access community resources such as transportation, specialty care, and home health services.
