The Pueblo Community Health Center Foundation is dedicated to furthering the charitable activities of Pueblo Community Health Center and is currently accepting tax deductible donations.

How You Can Make a Difference

Since 1983, regardless of a patient's ability to pay, PCHC has served the health care needs of the people in Pueblo and Huerfano Counties. If you would like to help us continue to expand services that include primary medical care, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy, we invite you to make a difference by making a contribution to our Foundation.
